Responsibilities

Convert raw 2D CAD files, architectural layouts, and mood boards into accurate 3D interior and exterior structures.
Create high-fidelity, Physically Based Rendering (PBR) materials that realistically mimic premium finishes like marble, brass, and custom glass.
Design and execute sophisticated interior staging layouts that align with Dubai's high-end, luxury real estate market trends.
Configure dual atmospheric lighting environments to showcase properties in both vibrant daytime sunlight and dramatic twilight settings.
Collaborate with technical artists to optimize poly-counts, bake lighting, and compress assets for lag-free browser playback.

Must Have

Portfolio demonstrating high-end architectural visualization (ArchViz), specifically luxury residential interiors.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Corona, or V-Ray.
Strong understanding of real-time asset requirements, including texture baking and low-poly modelling workflows.
Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans accurately.
Excellent color theory, composition skills, and a meticulous eye for spatial details.

Nice to have

Direct experience preparing 3D models for WebGL, Three.js, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
Previous experience working with or for major real estate developers in the Middle East.
Basic knowledge of photography or drone cinematography composition.
